Chevrolet Suburban
Mazda 6
Often the sound and functionality of standard audio systems do not meet the wishes of car owners. And in this Mazda 6 GH 2nd generation, an audio upgrade was required. The first stage is noise and vibration insulation of the car with StP materials. Then the components are installed. Instead of the standard head unit, a Pioneer AVH-X8500BT multimedia system with a 7" touch screen, Bluetooth, USB, DVD receiver and AppRadio Mode is installed through an adapter frame. 

The standard front acoustics are replaced: the 5x7 ovals are replaced with a K2-Power 165 KR2 midbass from Focal in the standard place through spacers, the tweeters (high-frequency speakers) are replaced with Audison Voce AV 1.1 in podiums made with an additional turn towards the listener. The acoustics are connected channel by channel from a DLS MA51 amplifier with advanced filters for more precise tuning. Focal Performance Sub P 30, installed in a closed-type "stealth" case made of fiberglass, is selected as a subwoofer link connected to the fifth channel of the same DLS MA51. Only copper wires are used for switching the system: power wires with a cross-section of 4Ga, acoustic 14Ga, RCA twisted pair in a double screen. As a result, we get a balanced sound, decent functionality and the absence of interference, unnecessary overtones and external noise.
